Thermal fitting in the opening
- PVC WINDOWS
Thermal fitting is performed following the rule "tighter inside than outside". The steps of standard installation are: cleaning the window opening, mounting the joinery using a method suitable for the construction and making thermal insulation and acoustic protection with the use of fitting foam. Then extra tightness is provided thanks to the use of steam-permeable and steam-tight tapes. The outer side of the tapes prevents any downpour from getting inside as it is waterproof and open to diffusion. The humidity present inside the wall can be controlled and removed.
The middle part provides tightness for thermal insulation and acoustic protection. It reduces energy loss. The middle part also bears static loads during the installation of the window.
The outer part slows down air flow because its task is to separate interior and exterior. This is why warm and wet air from the interior must not get into the spaces and gather there as condensed water.
The use of installation materials from the most renowned companies such as Illbruck and Soudal and careful installation guarantees comfort and excellent rates of thermal insulation and acoustic protection.
