Ponzio system PE 78 EI

The three-chamber system is designed to set up internal or external firewalls. NT 78EI allows to assembly double-leaf outward opening or inward opening doors with different threshold solutions. The system uses thermal pads with a width of 35 mm. The structural depth of the frame and wings is 78 mm.

There is an easy assembly of accessories in the NT 78EI system, which greatly accelerates the formation of the structure. With the three chamber design and additional reinforcing elements, the system allows to assembly construction of large size. Two types of fire resistant fillings are used: gypsum and aluminosilicate. It offers the possibility to make smoke control constructions.

Fillings

Single glasses with fire resistance properties or packet window panels according to PN-EN 1279-1:2006, PN-EN 1279-5:2006. As opaque panels laminar fillings should be used.

Surface finishing

Power coating with polyester paints meeting Qualicoat requirements. RAL colour palette available; anodising in colours: natural aluminum, olive, champagne, gold, 'old gold', brown - meeting Qualanod requirements; coating in wood-like colour

Gaskets made of synthetic rubber EPDM in accordance with standard 7863 and in-house standard ISO 3302-01, E2
